configure Huawei SmartAX MT880 Modem / SmartAx MT882 ADSL Modem

Today we will configure SmartAx MT880 MODEM/ SmartAxMT882 ADSL Modem step by step

FIRST STEP:

1. connect all wire of modem.and start your computer
2. open internet browser
3. type 192.168.1.1 in address bar
4. note: if 192.168.1.1 is not working, remember every modem have its RST  button.then you have to restore the modem to factory setting.for restore you have to press RST button with  needle or pen for 30 seconds.
5. the next step is enter user name and password

STEP TWO:

1. enter user name:admin
2. enter password:admin
3. next screen will apear.click on WAN

STEP THREE: 

your setting must be as below

1. PVC No.: PVC0
2. Wan type: PPP
3. Connection Type : PPPoE
4. VPI / VCI : 0/35
5. Default Route : Enabled
6. Username: enter username which is given by ISP
7. Password: enter PASSWORD which is given by ISP
8. Use DNS : Enabled
9. Click on Apply./SUBMIT

how to configure BSNL modem model DNA-A201BE-1

Hi ,my name is ajay. welcome to you  in my small blog. i always have  problem with two things my  bsnl modems and  my  english....i could not find any solution of my english but i got successfull in finding solution of modem.

if you have bsnl modem model DNA-A201BE-1..and you know how  to configure it then you are  lucky..bcoz u no need to beer ME..

if you have problem with configuration..then lets configure it step by step:

                                                                               DNA-A201BE-1

STEP ONE:

1. connect all wires of modem.and start your computer
2. open your internet browser like "internet explorer".type 192.168.1.1 in address bar.and press enter

   NOTE: if 192.168.1.1 is not working with your modem.then you have to reset  modem to factory setting (see behind the modem a pin hole with name RST)press  rst button for 30 second.modem will restore to its factory setting.now 192.168.1.1 will work.

STEP TWO:

enter user name:admin
password:admin
click on login

STEP THREE:

1.  following screen will apear after login
2. click on WAN menu showing on left side.

STEP FOUR:

1. Click on ATM PVC option .following screen will be open
2. next step is click on VC1  link

STEP FIVE:

1. In ATM PROTOCOL select "pppoE" 
2. don't change anything else
3. In the connect type select "always connected"
4. enter username and password provided by your service provider
5. FINALLY click on SAVE SETTING.
